๐ Step 1: Access the Platform
Open your browser and go to:

You'll be greeted with the login screen. Enter your credentials and click Login.
๐ข Step 2: Select Your Company
Once logged in, the first thing you'll see is a Company Selection Panel.
- Choose the company you want to work with.
- This helps the system load relevant settings, data, and permissions tied to that company.
๐ฟ Step 3: Choose Your Branch
After selecting your company, choose the branch location (if applicable).
This ensures that the data you work with is filtered specifically for that branch's operations.
โ Tip: You can change your company or branch later by clicking the top-right profile menu.
๐งพ How to Use Payment Terms in Invoices
๐ Step-by-Step Guide
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Invoice
- Create your invoice as usual
- Fill out the invoice header and add all product line items
- Keep the invoice in Draft state
2๏ธโฃ Apply a Payment Term
- Scroll to the bottom section of the invoice
- Under the General tab, find the Installment Template dropdown
- Select the desired Payment Term

If your preferred payment term does not appear, it may not have been made available for the current module.
๐ ๏ธ How to Make a Payment Term Available:
To enable a term for use in a specific module:
- Go to: Purchase and Sales โ Payment Term Template
- In the list view, click the arrow on the left side of the relevant term
- Assign the applicable usage by checking:
- Sales Invoices
- Purchase Invoices
- Expense Entries
- Click Save to confirm
Now the term will be visible in the invoice form.
3๏ธโฃ Review the Installments
Once a payment term is selected:
- All installment entries will be automatically generated below the invoice
- You'll see each installment's:
- Percentage
- Due date (calculated from invoice date)
- Amount
4๏ธโฃ Finalize the Invoice
- After reviewing the installments, click Approve (top-right corner)
Your invoice is now officially linked to the payment schedule. The installment details will be reflected in cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reports.
